Probably belonging to the most popular category of inscriptors at this moment
(12/8/32), the Sony unit is designed for users interested in a price/quality
report as attractive as possible. We have received two identical units from
a constructive point of view. The first unit, a bulk version, has no connecting
ribbon and no user manual. If we add to this the necessity for buying an inscription
application later on, we might reach the conclusion that it is much more cost
effective to buy the retail version, which offers everything one could need
to start working right away.. Besides the black frontal mask, the retail version
also has some differences, including a connecting ribbon, audio cable, screws,
CD-R, CD-RW and even a marker, in order to resist any temptation use an inappropriate
tool for writing labels on the CD.. The included CD contains the users manual,
inscription software, as well as utilities for easing the work of the user.
